In terms of the computation and updating of virtual points at the conclusion of each match or series, Spinbouncer or third-party service providers may be involved in this process. However, Spinbouncer does not assure or make any representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of virtual point tabulation (including the scores for each user's virtual squad) and will not be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracies in the tabulated virtual points and scores or for the declaration of winning users based on inaccurate or incomplete scores. You agree not to make any claims or raise any complaints against Spinbouncer in this regard.

Intellectual Property

The content you find on the Spinbouncer Application and Website is either owned or licensed by Spinbouncer. It's protected by Indian laws, which include copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, along with international conventions and other regulations safeguarding intellectual property and related proprietary rights.
